La Ruta Maya 2023
The annual La Ruta Maya Belize River Challenge is the longest race of its kind in Central America. The race is one hundred and seventy miles of paddling on the Belize river over the course of four days. The race starts bright and early on a Friday morning under the Hawksworth Bridge, San Ignacio Town Cayo District and ends on Sunday after passing under the BelChina Bridge in Belize City.
